YOUR EPOS, WITH EASILY INTEGRATED CCTV

Our ‘security’ module lets you keep tabs on transactions to prevent misuse, user error or fraudulent activity.

DESIGNED FOR ADDED PEACE OF MIND

Monitor and record images of key operational areas and benefit from an effective deterrent and a record of actual activity.

Integrating CCTV with your Casio EPOS means you can review individual transactions overlaid on real footage so you can check if there have been any cases of unusual or suspicious activity. You can also playback footage of all transactions performed by a particular staff member or jump straight to a specific time and date. It’s particularly useful if staff are sharing or misusing login credentials or if you’re a business with high employee turnover or seasonal staff.

Key Features

sus-activity

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY IDENTIFIED AND ADDRESSED

A CCTV system linked to Casio EPOS can help in spotting activity such as pouring two drinks but only charging for one, applying discounts or offering ‘on the house’ transactions. You’ll also be able to monitor transactions where change is given, unauthorized refunds and staff logging on using someone else’s ID.

improvements

IMPROVEMENTS IN AUDITING

Check any Void operations, allowing you to see which products were removed from which order at what specific time and who authorised them. Keeping a closer eye on this data will allow you to highlight any excessive or out of hours Voids on a specific staff login account.

accuracy

ACCURACY AND VERSATILITY

The system can be configured to send text output that exactly mirrors what the operator is doing on the till, to virtually any external device. Everything from the registration of PLUs to Voids, Discounts and Refunds will be output as plain text over the top of your video footage, with keywords stored in a searchable database.

easily-setup

EASILY SET UP AND MANAGED

The system can be linked to the CCTV or Digital Video Recorder using an RS-232 cable or a LAN connection. Cross-referencing information is also made easy, as a ‘Save to Log file’ outputs the same information to a log file on the till.
